Some of the issues in iphone with troubleshoots.
* If you dont use your iphone for 2 or 3 days, iphone may not switch on. In that case, press on/off button and home button simultaneously, known as hard reset. This might resolve the issue.
* If the battery is drained, the iphone wont switch on. Put in charge for 10 mins and try to switch on.
* Images captured by camera is not clear, particularly when flash is on. In that case, take out the thin film from the backpanel that comes with the new iphone.
* Receiver speaker volume is low, in this case also remove the the thin film on the iphone in the front side.
* If you say that one of the speakers in the bottom side is not working, i am sorry, iphone has only one speaker,that is on the right side and the in the left side what you see is microphone (In iphone 4 and 4s). In phone 3gs, right side one is mic and left side one is speaker. But both looks similar physically.
* If the Home button is not working intermittently, you can use the virtual home button in your display. To enable this, go to settings, click general, click accessibility, click assistve touch, make it on.
* For any other issues, you can reset the iphone that might resolve the issue. To reset, go to settings, click general, the last option is reset, click reset. In that 2 options are there. First option reset all settings, that wont delete your data. Second option is Erase content and reset all settings.
* Iphone is heating abnormally. In this case you can reinstall the OS by connecting to the itunes in your PC. This might resolve. After connecting to the itunes,click restore. It will take 6 to 8 hours to download the OS. Once it is downloaded, again click resore. OS will be reinstalled in 20 mins. But your entire data will be lost. You can take backup before restoring. To take backup, right click the iphone in the itunes, and click backup. Or if you have wi-fi,you can take backup in the icloud application using your apple id.

But creating apple id through iphone's app store is easier. Go to app store in your iphone, search for your required application or game, click that , it will ask to install. Clicking it will have an option like craete a new apple id. By providing the necessary information it will create your apple id. At the time it asks the card details, you can select none option. You need gmail or yahoo or any other mail account.
Once the apple id is craeted, log into your mail account. You will get a confirmation mail from apple. Open the mail and click verify now. It will ask your apple id and password. Type your apple id and password and click verify. Now you can use your apple id to download application or game. Without verifying you cant use your apple id.
* Use micro sim for iphone 4 and 4s. Cut sim is not reccomended. If you use cut sim, you will get issues like, no service, no sim, screen goes blank after ending the call.

Apple's all the products have universal warranty except iphone. Iphone has only country specific
warranty. Other country purchased iphones cant be serviced or cant claim warranty in India.
ISSUES FOR WHICH YOU CANT CLAIM WARRANTY:
Physical damage and liquid damage cant be covered under warranty.

You can extend the warranty within the warranty period by purchasing apple care protection plan. This is applicable for all apple products.

In that click register your applecare agreement in the right bottom middle page. Click register and click continue. It will ask apple id and password. Once entered you have to type your applecare register number and your product serial number. And provide the necessary information and submit. To transfer sim contacts to the iphone, go to settings and click mails and calenders and below that you can see the option import sim contacts, click on that.
